As per i concern many people thinking dieting means no food only fasting  if you have done like this you are wrong. yes  you are  absolutely wrong and you will face unnecessary health problems so, think what is dieting? dieting is nothing but  what we are taking daily bases so take small quantity of anything but not fasting whole day 

remember.
you want to do only Dieting not Exersize then you follow like this
  1. Morning  : have some lite food like a idly, java & take one apple(any one of this
  2. Lunch      :have small quantity food like rice along more quantity of curry
  3. Evening snacks:have some juice like batthai
  4. Dinner   : have  pulka with curry
